Our Story...

Welcome to the Oklahoma Food Truck Championship, where flavor and community come together to create an unforgettable culinary experience! Our journey began with a taste of success at the Texas Food Truck Championship, where Josh Woods and Zach Grayson's Express Food Truck stole the hearts of food enthusiasts. Inspired by their passion, they envisioned bringing the thrill of a food truck extravaganza to Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Established in 2016, the Oklahoma Food Truck Championship started with humble beginnings, featuring 12 exceptional food trucks and a shared dream.

"By the end of that day me and him (Zach) high-fived and said hey that was a good idea, let's do it again,"

Recognizing the potential and growth of this unique event, Josh and Zach approached the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce in 2021 with a vision of collaboration. Together, they forged a partnership that would propel the food truck championship to new heights.

In 2022, the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce, fueled by the previous year's success, extended a warm invitation to 30 remarkable food trucks to gather in the heart of Downtown Chickasha. The community responded with immense enthusiasm, embracing the flavors, camaraderie, and joy that the championship brought.

As we move forward, the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce remains committed to nurturing and expanding this cherished event for the Chickasha community. Our goal is to create an unforgettable experience that celebrates culinary excellence while fostering a sense of togetherness.
